Precautions:

For non-moving command, MC_ReadActualVelocity,
MC_ReadActualPosition, MC_SetOverride, MC_ReadMotionState, MC_ReadStatus,
NS_MC_ReadParameter, MC_SetPosition, can be used in any state of the shaft.

