The output Q is triggered only if the input IN is held high
during at least Present Time (PT). The output Q goes low
when the input IN goes low.
Q is triggered every time the input IN receives a positive
flank The output is high during Present Time (PT) after
the input IN has gone low.
Present Time (PT) corresponds to the pulse ON and OFF
time.
The pulse frequency is equal to f = 1 / (2 * PT) Hz
The output Q is active while the input IN is high.
Q is triggered for Present Time (PT) after a positive flank.
Note that if the new input up flanked takes place while Q
is high it will be ignored.
