5.4 Lamp information
About the information
The lamp information window displays read only information about:
Runtimeinhours Runtimesincefirst start up of the lamp or since the last reset.
Remaining run
time in hours
Remaining run time that the lamp can be used without risk of damaging the
projector.
Strikes Number of strikes since the first start up or the lamp or since the last reset.
Article number
Article number of spare lamp which must be used in this projector. The brand
name of the lamp is given as info next to the article number.
Serial number Serial number of current installed lamp inside the projector.
When using the reset button
This reset button has to be used:
• when installing a new lamp, to set the value for run time and the number of strikes back to zero and
to reset the remaining run time.
• when reinstalling a used lamp, to set back the values for the run time and the number of strikes and
to adapt those values to new values.
How to display the lamp information
1. While within Installation,tiponLamp and then tip on Lamp information (1). (

For a new lamp, how to reset the values
1. While the Lamp information window is displayed, click on Reset (1). (image 5-14)
A Reset lamp parameters selection window opens (2).
2. To get new lamps, click on From new list (3).
The lamp article and serial number opens (4).
3. Fill out the article number of the new lamp (5a)
