Removing the off cuts, preparing the edges of the bodyshell
1.
Remove the weld points along the wheel arches.
COMPLETE REPLACEMENT OF A SIDE MEMBER
1.
Remove the lower and upper spot welds for the side member.
2.
Open the tab and remove the side member off cuts.
3. Straighten the edges of the bodyshell.
4.
Remove the weld residues.
