1.1.2 Inspection checklist
1. Unwrap the relay and inspect the relay for physical damage.
2. View the nameplate and verify that the correct model has been or
dered and delivered. The model number is at the
top.

Please ensure that you received the following items with your relay:
• Mounting screws for fixing the relay to a cabinet
• GE EnerVista™ DVD (includes the EnerVista 650 Setup
software and manuals in PDF format)
• Wiring diagram.
• Certificate of Compliance
