• It is not recommended to use the AT+COPS command before passing the CHV (card holder verification) / SIM
PIN1 verification. This is because after PIN1 verification the ME will automatically try to register to the network
as though AT+COPS were 0, regardless of the settings done before with or without SIM, such as AT+COPS=2
which remains unchanged. Also, the test command should only be used after PIN1 authentication.
