operation panel so direct sending with ScanRouter cannot be
selected.

0: Manual tx and rx
operation

operation (the display
remains the same)
0: Manual tx is possible while the external handset is off-hook.
However, manual tx during handset off-hook may not be sent to a
correct direction. Manual tx is not possible.
1: The display stays in standby mode even when the external
handset is used, so that other people can use the machine for
memory tx operation. Note that manual tx and rx are not possible
with this setting.
