How to Perform a Conformance Survey
• Use arrow and Enter buttons to select the test template folder containing the test
template you wish to use. The Confcheck-Open screen displays the folder’s test
templates.

• Use arrow buttons to highlight the appropriate test template, then press the Open
function button to open the template. If the test template requires an operator ID
to be entered, the Operator ID screen will be shown. At this point, the user must
either select one of the operator IDs in the list or create a new one using the New
button.
• Once an appropriate test template has been selected, the Measurement Results
screen displays the template’s measurements and you are ready to begin your
conformance testing.
The example below tests displacement, velocity, and acceleration overall vibration
measurements (bands) at horizontal and vertical axial orientations, at two
measurement locations, and includes a manual measurement (where data is entered
manually from the Microlog’s alpha/numeric keypad).
