• Press and hold the Shift key (zero / up arrow) to display the Backup function
button, then press the Backup function button. A display prompts whether to
format the card prior to backup, answer appropriately.
IMPORTANT – a Yes response deletes all data previously stored on the
card. All specified survey files are copied to the SD card and a Backup
Complete message displays.
• Press the OK function button, you return to the Stored Cases screen.
How to Delete Stored Surveys
• From the Stored Cases screen, use up/down arrow buttons to select a survey for
deletion, or select the – all – option to delete all surveys.
• Press and hold the Shift key (zero / up arrow) to display the Delete function button,
then press the Delete function button. You are prompted to confirm the deletion.
• Press Yes and the survey results file is deleted from the Microlog.
