• Use the up/down arrow keys to highlight the data file you would like to delete and
press 0 / up arrow (Shift) and the Delete function button.
Backing Up Data to an SD card
IMPORTANT – The SD card should not be disconnected in hazardous areas, it must be
connected / disconnected in safe areas only. For hazardous areas, you must use an SD
card from:

• Insert an SD memory card into the proper slot at the bottom of the Microlog.
• From the Idler Monitor – Load Setup screen, use up/down arrow buttons to select
a file for backup, or select the – all –option to back up all data.
• Press 0 / up arrow (Shift) and the Backup function button. A display prompts
whether to clear the memory card prior to backup, answer appropriately.
IMPORTANT – a Yes response deletes all data previously stored on the card.
All specified idler survey files are copied to the SD card and a Backup Complete
message displays.
• Press the OK function button; you return to Load Setup screen.
• Eject the card and store in a safe place, or insert the card into the host computer
and copy the backed up files to the host computer’s hard drive.
