How to Set Up a Cross Channel Phase Measurements
Spec - Select the 1X RPM frequency from the spectrum display.
• Press the dBase button to use the RPM value previously assigned to the POINT.
OR
• Press the Type In button to manually enter the running speed using the numeric
keypad.
• Press the OK function button to save the specified RPM value and begin data
collection, or press the Cancel button to discard changes.
OR
• Press the Spec button to manually enter the RPM value from the spectral display.
After autoranging and data acquisition is complete, a spectral display appears.

• Use the arrow buttons to navigate the cursor over the spectrum to indicate the 1X
RPM (1X running speed).
 Use the (P) key to quickly jump from peak to peak.
• Press the OK function button when the cursor is located on the spectrum’s 1X
frequency. Data collection begins.
Collecting and Displaying Cross-Channel Phase Data
After entering the RPM value, press an Enter button to perform data collection. The
cross channel phase display appears.
