The error category stands for a group of errors:
The Error value specifies the error in an error category. The error values are
specified for each error category in the following.
In error category 00

The cause of this error may be a faulty TCP/IP connection. Check the
connection and the network settings. A firewall may also be preventing the
TCP/IP connection. Check (with DriveControlSuite, for example) whether the
teleserver can be reached.
