REP 16.11 Idler Roller

Removal
1. Turn off the main power and disconnect the Power Cord.
2. Pull the Idler Roller [A] out of the upper frame by tensioning the Conveyor Belt [B].
WARNING:
Belt tension is strong. Beware not to pinch ngers or hands between the Idler roller
and the Upper Frame while removing/installing the Idler Roller.
3. Remove the Idler Roller.
Replacement
1 Reverse the removal procedure.
NOTE
Ensure that the clips [C] on the bearings are on the outside of the Upper Frame.
REP 16.12 Drive Shaft
Parts List on PL 15.2
Removal
1. Undock the TWC from the RCT (REP 15.0).
2. Remove the Cable Protection (REP 15.1).
3. Remove the Idler Roller (REP 15.9).
4. To facilitate removal of the Drive Shaft, remove the Belt Protection (REP 15.2).
5. Remove the Drive Shaft [A].
Replacement
1 Reverse the removal procedure.
NOTE
Ensure that the clips [B] on the bearings are on the outside of the Lower Frame.
