Plockmatic BM3050 system 27 August 2019 2. Preventive Maintenance (PM)
2-2
Purpose
This section contains the activities that should be performed at certain intervals
/ booklets from the previous preventative maintenance action.
NOTE:
Normally it is assumed that all system modules will require preventive
maintenance at the same time. However, if any particular module has been
replaced, check each module’s service log before beginning the preventive
maintenance activities and proceed accordingly.
Procedure
1. Turn off the power on all the modules.
2. Disconnect the power cords from all the modules.
Caution!
If any of the checkpoints or other parts show indication of wear at any
point, replace the part.
When lubricating, clean the surface before applying new lubricant.
Note: Booklet Maker set counts are based on 4 sheets / set.
