BQ 3 Bleed Trimmer Sheet Width (Mismatch)
Purpose
To ensure that the Sheet Width entered on the UI corresponds within ±0.2mm to the actual
cut width.
Procedure
• Disable the Crease function
• Run 3 sheets and check that the actual sheet width is within
±0.2mm from the Sheet Width entered on the UI.
• Adjust RCT [NVM 4 RCT M7 Offset]
BQ 4 Bleed Trimmer Image Offset (Mismatch)
Purpose
To ensure that the Image Offset entered on the UI corresponds within
0.2mm to the actual measured offset.
Procedure
• Disable the Creaser function
• Run 3 sheets and check that the actual Image Offset entered on the UI corresponds
within ±0.2mm to the actual measured offset.
• Adjust RCT [NVM 3 RCT M4 Offset]
