Removal
1. Turn off the main power and disconnect the power cord.
2. Remove the Front Cover (REP 12.0 Front and rear cover).
3. Unlatch and pull out the Slide.
4. Remove Creaser Tools Home Sensor (Q5) (REP 12.52).
5. Remove Creaser Timing Belt (REP 12.53).
6. Loosen screws (x2) and remove Pulleys [A].
7. Remove screw and Timing Belt Tensioner [B].
8. Remove screws (x2) and remove eccentrics (x2) [C].
9. Remove screws (x4) and remove brackets (x2) [D].
10. Loosen set screws (x2) to retract plungers (x2) [E].
11. Remove plunger mechanism [F].
12. Remove screws (x8) and remove guide brackets (x2) [G].
13. Remove Creaser Tools [H].
