1. Coupling shafts [A]
2. Remove Cover, Rear (REP 14.0)
3. Push up the bin lock [B] and push
the bin in slightly
4. Loosen screw [C] on belt tensioner
and unhook belt from timing wheels
5. Loosen set screw [D] and remove
timing wheel
6. Remove screws [E] and remove the
coupling shaft
1. Remove Cover, Rear (REP 14.0)
2. Disconnect wires
3. Loosen screws (x2) on backside of PSU and remove PSU

Check voltage levels by performing applicable part of RAP018 12/24/48V

Turn off the AF602 Main Power Switch and disconnect the Main Power Cord before
disconnecting, removing or replacing any electrical components or measuring
resistance inside the machine.
