Cleaning the Exposure Glass
The following procedure describes how to clean the exposure glass.
A Lift the exposure glass cover or ADF.
Be careful not to hold the input tray when lifting the ADF, for the tray might
be damaged.
B Clean the parts indicated with arrows with a soft damp cloth and then wipe
the same parts with a dry cloth to remove any remaining moisture.
Cleaning the Auto Document Feeder
The following procedure describes how to clean the ADF.
