-12002 An Inquiry or registration attempted without
acquiring a request number.
Obtain a Request Number before
inquiry or registration.
-12003 Attempted registration without execution of a
confirmation and no previous registration.
Perform Confirmation before
attempting registration.
-12004 Attempted setting with illegal entries for
certification and ID2.
Check ID2 of the machine.
-12005 @Remote communication is prohibited. The
device has an Embedded RC gate-related
problem.
Make sure that "Remote Service" in
User Too ls is set to "Do not prohibit".
-12006 A confirmation request was made after the
confirmation had been already completed.
Execute registration.
-12007 The request number used at registration was
different from the one used at confirmation.
Check the request number.
-12008 Update certification failed because mainframe
was in use.
Check the machine status. If the
machine is in use, try again later.
-12009 The ID2 in the NVRAM does not match the ID2
in the individual certification.
Check ID2 of the machine.
-12010 The certification area is not initialized. Initialize the certification area.
