How to Perform a Survey
• Before starting measurements, Job Information must be entered. Select the Job
Info icon and press an Enter button. The Job Info screen displays and prompts for
Client, Machine ID, and Technician information.
• Use arrow and Enter buttons to select the test template folder containing the test
template you wish to use.
• Use arrow buttons to highlight the appropriate test template, then press the Open
function button to open the template.
• Once an appropriate test template has been selected, the Measurement Results
screen displays the template’s measurements and you are ready to begin your
conformance testing.

• To determine measurement locations on the machinery being tested, press the
Graphic function button. A graphic displays the machine’s measurement locations.
Note that the Graphic button only appears if the template includes a picture.
