Scanner
The Scanner Assembly is made up of two separate assemblies, the IIT Assembly, and the DADF
Assembly.
IIT Assembly (PL51.1.3)
• Carriage Motor
The stepping motor that drives the Scanner Carriage.
• Scanner Home Position Sensor/CVT Position
The part on the rear side of the Scanner Carriage frame that interrupts the Scanner Home Position
Sensor, thus detecting when the carriage is in the Home or CVT Position.
•CCD PWB
The PWB mounted with the CCD Image Sensor that inputs the image data.
