flowcontrol
The flowcontrol Interface Configuration (Ethernet, port-channel) mode command
configures flow control on a given interface. Use the no form of this command to
disable flow control.
Syntax
flowcontrol {auto | on | off | rx | tx }
no flowcontrol
Parameters
•
auto — Indicates auto-negotiation
• on — Enables flow control
• off — Disables flow control
• rx — Enables receiving pause frames only
• tx — Enables transmitting pause frames only
Default Configuration
Flow control is off.

User Guidelines
Negotiation should be enabled for flow control auto.
