Example
The following example configures the spanning-tree cost on Ethernet port e15 to
35000.
Console(config)# interface ethernet e15
Console(config-if)# spanning-tree cost 35000
spanning-tree port-priority
The spanning-tree port-priority Interface Configuration mode command
configures port priority. Use the no form of this command to restore the default
configuration.
Syntax
spanning-tree port-priority
priorit
y
no spanning-tree port-priority
Parameters
priority
— The priority of the port. (Range: 0-240 in multiples of 16)
Default Configuration
The default port priority for IEEE Spanning TreeProtocol (STP) is 128.
