upload
Purpose To upload the current switch settings to a TFTP server.
Syntax
upload [[firmware <ipaddr> <path_filename 64>] | [cfg_toTFTP
<ipaddr> <path_filename 64> config_id <value 1-2>] |
[log_toTFTP <ipaddr> <path_filename 64>]]
Description
The upload command uploads the Switch’s current settings to a
TFTP server.
Parameters
firmware Specifies that the Switch’s current firmware are to be
uploaded to the TFTP server.
<ipaddr> The IP address of the TFTP server. The TFTP server
must be on the same IP subnet as the Switch.
<path_filename 64> − The location of the Switch configuration file on
the TFTP server.
config_id <value 1-2> Specifies the config id which to be
uploaded.
Restrictions Only Administrator or operator-level users can issue this command.
Example usage:
DES-1210-28/ME:5# upload log_toTFTP 1.1.1.23 des-1210-28me.ros
Command: upload log_toTFTP 1.1.1.23 des-1210-28me.ros
