User can set system me and date in two ways: manually or through the network using NTP. Regardless of how
the user chooses to set system me and date, the user sll needs to set the system me zone.

Show System Time and Date
Command:
> show system-state clock datetime
Output Example:
system-state clock datetime 2018-04-26T10:23:44
[ok]
6.4.2
Set System Time and Date Manually
Command:
> request set-current-datetime current-datetime <YYYY-MM-DDTHH:MM:SS>
Command Example:
> request set-current-datetime current-datetime 2018-04-26T10:23:44
Note: If the NTP is enabled, this operaon fails with message status set-current-datetime is
unavailable when NTP is enabled.
