Aenon: This alarm is reported as it
approaches the point to trigger Automac
Power Reducon (APR). Although the
alarmed condion is NSA, the required
trouble-clearing acons to clear the alarm
can disrupt trac.
1. Check the transmit output ber.
2. Clean the connectors.
3. Replace the ber.
4. Replace the patch cord.
5. Replace the PIU.

The blade provisioning mode is incorrect.
This alarm is caused by the blade being set
at the factory defaults or by the user
sending an incorrect shelf provisioning
command.
1. If the blade is set to factory defaults in a new turn-up,
iniate a WARM reset to make this blade the Main
blade.
2. For a tributary blade in a new turn-up, change the
shelf type to TRIB.
