Provision L100 Main Blade OTS/OMS/OCH Interfaces
Step 1
Enable the Opcal Transmission Secon (OTS) for the Main L100 Blade.
Command:
% set interfaces interface ots-1/0/0/E1 type opticalTransport ots degree-number 1
operation-mode ope-mode-full-spec admin-status up
Step 2
Provision the Opcal Mulplex Secon (OMS) and postoutadj value for the Main L100 Blade.
Command:
% set interfaces interface ots-1/0/0/E1 ots oms admin-status up postoutadj <value>
Note: The postoutadj design value for the network is calculated during network design and planning process.
Postoutadj value range is within –15.0…0.0 dB. The default value is 0.0 dB. Seng should be implemented in
inial system turn-up.
Contact Fujitsu Support Center for assistance on the postoutadj value.
Step 3
Enable the OTS for a tributary L100 Blade.
Command:
% set interfaces interface ots-2/0/0/E1 type opticalTransport ots degree-number 2
operation-mode ope-mode-full-spec admin-status up
Note: Repeat this step to enable the OTS for each tributary L100 Blade.
Step 4
Provision the OMS and a postoutadj value for a tributary L100 Blade.
Command:
% set interfaces interface ots-2/0/0/E1 ots oms admin-status up postoutadj <value>
Note: Repeat this step to enable the OMS for each tributary L100 Blade.
Step 5
Provision an OCH interface.
Command:
% set interfaces interface ots-2/0/0/E1 ots oms och 1 admin-status up center-
frequency 196.1
Note: Repeat this step for each OCH interface to be provisioned.
Note: With exible grid enabled, the slot width can be provisioned for a value between 37.5 to 100 GHz (in 12.5
GHz increments) with a maximum of 128 channels.
