CONSOLE Log On
Prerequisites:
■ Release 19.1.1 soware or later is required to use the CONSOLE port.
■ RJ-45 roll over cable is aached to the CONSOLE port.
■ The user must use the CLI for management.
■ The user must be logged on as fujitsu/1nity or must have Level-4 or Level-5 privileges assigned to perform
this procedure.
Note: The CONSOLE port should only be used for debugging or recovery purposes.
Note: For remote access, connect the CONSOLE port to a terminal server.
Step 1
Connect to the blade using an RJ-45 roll over cable to the CONSOLE port of the blade.
Step 2
Log on as user fujitsu on the command line.
Note: The default username, fujitsu, is used for inial turn-up. Aer inial turn-up, a user must use an assigned
username.
Step 3
At the password prompt, type 1nity.
Note: The default password, 1nity, is used for inial turn-up. Aer inial turn-up, a user must use a self-set
password.
Step 4
Start a CLI session by entering cli.
