Probable Cause Suggested Correcve Acon
The shelf provisioning mode is incorrect. 1. If the blade is set to factory defaults in a new turn-up,
iniate a WARM reset to make this blade the Main
blade.
2. For a tributary blade in a new turn-up, change the
shelf type to TRIB.
3. If the NE is carrying trac and the shelf provision
command is sent by accident, cancel the shelf
provisioning command to clear the condion.
