counts.
4. Replace the blade.

Opcal receive power is too high. 1. Verify that the appropriate transmier is installed at
the far end.
2. Verify that the transmit output level at the far end is
within specicaons.
3. Install an appropriate opcal aenuator in the line at
the receiver.
