1. In a new turn-up, perform a WARM reset.
2. If the installed blade contains the desired soware and
database, call Fujitsu for technical assistance at 1-800-
USE-FTAC (1-800-873-3822).
3. Download the latest release of soware to all blades,
and switch to the new load. If any problems exist, call
Fujitsu for technical assistance at 1-800-USE-FTAC
(1-800-873-3822).
