2.3.1 4x16 Splier/Coupler PIU
The L110 (BDL1-3B11) Opcal Mux Base blade houses up to two 4x16 splier/coupler (PIL1-3PS2) PIUs. Each
PIL1-3PS2 provides client ports for up to 16 add/drop 100 Gb/s or higher (including 150 and 200 Gb/s) channels.
A ller panel is available for any unlled PIU slots.
The number of BDL1-3B11 blades that can be installed depends upon the ROADM conguraon.
The following table lists the number of BDL1-3B11 blades can be installed for 1- to 4-degree ROADM
conguraons.
