System board and components
I In case of Liquid Cooling, the VRM heat sinks need to be replaced after
replacing the system board.
(This procedure is not applied for Japan.)
Ê Lay the tray on a soft, antistatic surface with its component side facing down.

Ê Remove 10 screws (see red circles).
Ê Keep the screws, because they will be used later on.
I The four spacers and the two VR cooling blocks you removed from the
defective system board are now reused (see section"Preliminary works:
server node with Liquid Cooling" on page 308).
I How to place thermal sheets:
Peel off one side of the protection sheet, when placing a thermal sheet
on the VR cooling block.
Peel off the other side of the protection sheet after the thermal sheet has
been placed on the VR cooling block.
