NOTE
If the VPN instance is removed, the related OSPF processes are removed.
l Configuring IS-IS between PE and CE
The configuration is performed on the PE. Configure common IS-IS on the CE. The
configuration procedure is not described here.
NOTE
For the configuration procedure of IS-IS, refer to IS-IS Configuration in the Quidway S9300 Terabit
Routing Switch Configuration Guide - IP Routing.
1. Run:
system-view
The system view is displayed.
2. Run:
isis process-id vpn-instance vpn-instance-name
The IS-IS instance is created between PE and CE and the IS-IS view is displayed.
An IS-IS process belongs to only one VPN instance. If a running IS-IS process is not
bound to a VPN instance, the IS-IS process belongs to a public network. In this case,
this process cannot be bound to a VPN instance.
3. Run:
network-entity net
A NET is configured.
A network entity title (NET) specifies the current IS-IS area address and the system
ID of the S9300. A maximum of three NETs can be configured for one process on an
S9300.
4. (Optional) Run:
is-level { level-1 | level-1-2 | level-2 }
The level of the S9300 is set.
By default, the level of the S9300 is Level-1-2.
5. Run:
import-route bgp [ cost value ] [ cost-type { external | internal } ]
[ level-1 | level-1-2 | level-2 ] [ route-policy policy-name ] [ tag tag-
value ]
The BGP routes are imported.
If you run this command without specifying the level of IS-IS area, the BGP routes
are imported to Level-2 routing table.
6. Run:
quit
Return to the system view.
7. Run:
interface interface-type interface-number
The view of the interface bound to the VPN instance is displayed.
8. Run:
isis enable [ process-id ]
