■ Assign and activate the output
■ Select the message type (operational, fault, warning)
■ Activate the message.
7.11.3.1 Selecting the < External messages > menu
Precondition Access level 2 is activated,
The electrical connections are made.
1. In operating mode, switch to the main menu with the «Enter» key.
2. Select < Configuration ➙ I/O periphery ➙ External messages > (see Section 7.11.1.1)
The External messages menu is displayed.

4. Press «Enter» to accept the setting.
