Prober Interconnect
The PIV-A package provides both DC and Pulse capability to the DUT pins
without re-cabling or switching. The key to this capability is the RBT which uses
passive electrical components to combine the low frequency DC signals with the
high frequency pulse signals. For more information about the 4205-RBT, refer to
