The pulse waveforms are a program pulse (see Figure 3-86), an erase pulse (see
Figure 3-87), or a waveform made up of both program and erase pulses (see
Figure 3-88). All of these waveforms are implemented by using the Segment
ARB
®
capability. For more information about waveforms refer to the Reference
manual, Pulse Source-Measure Concepts, page 11-1. There are many different
methods and voltage levels for programming and erasing, so these are only
examples.
