8.4 Checking Oil Level in Header Drive Gearbox
WARNING
To avoid injury or death from unexpected start-up of machine, always stop the engine and remove the key from the
ignition before leaving the operator’s seat for any reason.

1. Lower the header to the ground and ensure the gearbox is
in working position.
2. Shut down the engine, and remove the key from the
ignition.
3. Remove oil level plug (A) and check that the oil level is up
to the bottom of the hole.
4. Reinstall oil level plug (A).
