1. Check the oil level using lower sight (A) and upper sight (B)
with the cutterbar just touching the ground and with the
center-link retracted.
NOTE:
Check the level when the oil is cold.
NOTE:
For extremely hilly terrain, a hillside extension kit can be
installed.
2. Ensure the oil is at the appropriate level for the terrain as
follows:
Hilly terrain: Maintain level so lower sight (A) is full, and
upper sight (B) is up to one-half filled.
Normal terrain: Maintain level so lower sight (A) is one-
half full, and upper sight (B) is empty.
