The motors have been built using state-of-the-art technology and are shipped in an
operationally reliable condition. Changes made by users could aect this operational
reliability and are forbidden.
Note
The data on the rating plate assumes an installation altitude of up to 1000m above sea level.
The permissible ambient temperature is stamped on the rating plate.
In the case of other ambient temperatures and installation altitudes, contact Technical Support.
The motors have been designed for the application described in Section Technical data
(Page439). Do not operate the motor outside the specied power limit. Other operating
conditions must be contractually agreed.
Never use degrees of protection ≤IP54 outdoors. Air-cooled versions are designed for
ambient temperatures of ‑15°Cto+40°C as standard and for an installation altitude of
up to 1000m above sea level. Please note any deviations to the data on the rating plate.
Conditions at the location of use must comply with all specications on the rating plate.
Do not climb on the motor. Do not place any objects on the motor.
