WARNING
Risk of burns and re due to high temperatures
During operation and for a short time after switching the converter o, the surfaces reach
temperatures that can inict burns or start res.
• Before attempting to touch the surfaces of the converter, ensure that enough time is given
to allow the converter to cool down to a safe temperature to avoid personal injury.
• Remove any ammable materials from around the converter to reduce the risk of re.
NOTICE
Converter damage due to misusage as a step or ledge
The converter is not designed to support a substantial weight. Substantial weight placed on the
system could cause severe damage to the converter.
• Don't use the converter as a step or ledge.

Mounting the converter
You must mount the converter on a metal backplane or on a frame.
Mounting orientations
The converter supports the following mounting orientations: correct (✓); permissible with
restrictions (!)
