Bit 0: Process value alarm (PA)
Bit 1: Process value warning (PW)
Bit 2: Maintenance alarm (MA)
Bit 3: Maintenance warning (MW)
Bit 4: Maintenance required (MR)
Bit 5: Function check (FC)
