 P if the signal is in pressure, and the units are 1/10 PSI
 YYYY is 1/10th PSI, so 0123 = 12.3 PSI
 XXXX if the signal is out of range (red X on ems page)

 G if the signal is in volume, and the units are 1/10th Gallons
 YYYY is 1/10th gallons, so 0183 = 18.3 Gallons
