10. Ensure flow control (A) is set to position 6.
11. Ensure feeder house variable speed is set to MINIMUM.
WARNING
Never start or move the machine until you are sure all
bystanders have cleared the area.
12. Start combine and run the machine slowly for 5 minutes
while watching and listening FROM THE OPERATOR’S SEAT
for binding or interfering parts.
NOTE:
Reel and side drapers will not operate until oil flow fills
the lines.
13. Run header for an additional 10 minutes at operating speed
while watching and listening FROM THE OPERATOR’S SEAT
for binding or interfering parts.

14. Check the rpm of knife drive box pulley (A) using a hand-
held tachometer.
