The optional B-scan feature can be activated using a software key. Please contact
Olympus to purchase the encoded B-scan feature.
In order to use the encoded B-scan feature you will need the following:
1. Encoded B-Scan software code (P/N: 38DLP-EBSCAN [U8147018])
2. B-Scan Encoder Buggy (P/N: EP4/ENC [U8780018])
The EP4/ENC is designed to work with the D790 and D790-SM dual element
transducers when the bell housing is not in place.
The D790 and D790-SM are not included with the EP4/ENC.
3. D790 or D790-SM transducer. Please contact Olympus for pricing on longer cables
for the D790-SM transducer.
