11.2.1.8 3-D Custom File Type
The 3-D custom file type is very similar to a standard 3-D Grid except that the point
parameter can be a custom list of points.
Table 18 on page 180 shows an example where the custom point increments first, the
custom row second, and the column third.
To create a 3-D custom data file
1. From the measurement screen, press [FILE], and then select CREATE in the menu
(see “Creating a Data File” on page 163 for details on the first parameters).
