To create an incremental data file
1. From the measurement screen, press [FILE], and then select CREATE in the menu
(see “Creating a Data File” on page 163 for details on the first parameters).
2. In the CREATE screen (see Figure 11-4 on page 167):
a) Enter the START ID value.
b) Select CREATE.
