To view or change the current output file format
1. From the measurement screen, press [SETUP MENU].
2. In the menu, select COMM.
3. In COMM screen, view or change the OUTPUT FORMAT value (see Table 24 on
page 258 and Table 25 on page 259 for a description of the formats).
