Sets the data log monitor. This parameter is only available when using an LCD keypad.

(000, 101 - 999)
Note:
Sets the number of the U monitor you will log.
For example, to show U1-01 [Frequency Reference], set o5-12 = 101. When it is not necessary to set data log monitors, set this
parameter to 000. You cannot select [U2: FAULT] or [U3: FAULT HISTORY].
