This function is useful, for example to execute an SCPI sequence automatically but
with a defined time delay between some commands.
See Chapter 12.2.4, "How to assign actions to the [★ (User)] key", on page 353.
Setting parameters:

:SYSTem:FILes:TEMPorary:DELete
Deletes the temporary files from the internal memory or, if installed, from the SD card
slot.

// temporary files are removed

This system contains the commands for the status reporting system. See also Chap-
ter 13.4, "Status reporting system", on page 388 for detailed information.
*RST on page 453 has no effect on the status registers.
Value ranges

Queries return the current value of the respective register, which permits a check of
the device status.
Return values: A decimal value in the range 0 to 32767 (=2
